On May 9th, 2013 the cocoa beans were surveyed and found to have a high level of moisture, apparently due to condensation. Bags were found externally water stained, torn and content exposed. Based on the observations during survey, they could observe the content with fungus formation. Please see attached for depiction of extent of damage.
